The prompt #1 for all (1 hour 30 minutes)
The prompt #2 for all (2 hours 30 minutes) May be your paper artifact can help you... The prompt #3 for all (3 hours 30 minutes) Find the place where basic school becomes gymnasium. Literally. The prompt #4 for all (4 hours) Kooli street and Gümnaasiumi street transition.
Answers
NKL1337 - for all Comment to the level "Transitional" "Basic becomes secondary" in the context of the game (school) corresponds to transition from basic school to secondary school (gymnasium). Hint 1 shows a grotesque image of basic school finish party. Hint 2 is about the fact that you received your "finish certificate" where you have finished 9th class (E for Encounter). Easter egg: the code 1337 is near GAG which is "elite" school. |
Task for all
OK pupils, here is a task with a star. Try to solve it if you feel extra nerdy today. You can get bonus for that. Otherwise, this task will not affect the game, it will be dismissed in the end. If you don't want to or can't solve it, use code "I suck at physics" to close the level. If you manage to solve (and get the code): without hints, you will get 25 minutes of bonus. After 1st hint - bonus 20 minutes. After 2nd hint - bonus 15 minutes. After 3rd hint - bonus 10 minutes. After 4th hint - no bonus, it is just for those who want to know the answer:) The time on a metallic spaceship during flight has slowed down approximately at least 0,02290062219248401445674641532918% What the ship is made of? Code is on house nr 2. front side
The prompt #1 for all (1 hour 30 minutes)
Relativistic time dilation Calculate the speed of the spacecraft (in % of c - speed of light). The prompt #2 for all (2 hours 30 minutes) The speed of the spacecraft is at least 2.14% c (speed of light). What else can have at least 2.14% C? The prompt #3 for all (3 hours 30 minutes) Steels have at most 2.14% C. The prompt #4 for all (4 hours) Malmi 2
Answers
HTG4642 - for all I suck at physics - for all Isuckatphysics - for all Comment to the level "* Physics & chemistry" The logic for this task: 1. Time on a spaceship during flight has slowed down -> ship's speed is comparable to speed of light and there is relativistic time dilation (hint 1). First thing that you can proceed with is the speed of the ship which needs to be calculated. 2. Get rid of percentage in the given number and you get 0,0002290062219248401445674641532918, add it to 1 (to get the coefficient). 3. Put it into the time dilation formula from wiki: 4. Get 0,02139755033471735817514811481823*c as the speed of spaceship. Actually the "workbook" unfortunately contained a mistake which did not let you get 0,0214*c as intended for the answer. Sorry :( The actual given number in the task should have been 0,02290586777872392995421541716326% 5. The speed of the spaceship is 2.14% c (hint 2). 6. A small game of symbols: Cast iron has at least 2.14% C (carbon). Steels have at most 2.14% C (hint 3). 7. Answer: by applying "alternative" logic, find out that the spaceship is made of cast iron. |
Task for all
Answer form: letter combination
The prompt #1 for all (1 hour 30 minutes)
This is history in a passage. The prompt #2 for all (2 hours 30 minutes) You must find natural code. The code consits of the missing letters under the given year. The prompt #3 for all (3 hours 30 minutes) History in a passage -> Passage of history The prompt #4 for all (4 hours) Passage of History / Ajaloo käik (Börsi käik street), code consists of letters missing from plate under year 1857
Answers
TOOUI - for all Tooui - for all Comment to the level "Stolen History" The picture is clearly photopshopped. Its idea is to depict a "passage of history" or "history in a passage" (hint 1). The fact that you have answer form and this is not a virtual level (only last one is virtual) strongly hints that this level might have natural code (later revealed in hint 2). Level name tells that there is something stolen, which is also a slight hint that there is natural code. Natural code -> somewhere in the game area must be a place with something related to history and having missing letters (natural & answer form in letters). Googling "history passage" gives you The Passage of History in Börsi käik. The answer is the set of letters missing from the plate, in order they appear in the text. Unfortunately Börsi käik is being closed in the evenings, so this level had to be dismissed. :( |

The picture is about Dieselgate. Near the beginning of the street there is a place which has the same name as something that is not present on the task picture but could be there. The prompt #2 for all (2 hours 30 minutes) List of scandals with "-gate" suffix The prompt #3 for all (3 hours 30 minutes) All "-gate" scandals get their suffix from Watergate scandal. The prompt #4 for all (4 hours) Dieselgate -> (etimology) Watergate -> Vesivärava
Answers
SE9043 - for all Comment to the level "Historical-etymological" Volkswagen "clean diesel" + troll face = sarcastic collage about a recent scandal with emissions of VW diesels. It was called Dieselgate. Level name (etymological) suggests that you need to find out why it was called like that. It is because after Watergate many loud scandals get "-gate" suffix. If translated to estonian (you needed to get the name of a street, so it is pretty logical), Watergate becomes "Vesivärava". Hint 1 also gives alternative way to solve the task: "something that is not present on the task picture but could be there" is VW Phaeton model and "place which has the same name" is Faeton restaurant in the beginning of Vesivärava street. |

Answers
GAG464 - for all Comment to the level "Combinational" Main "gotcha" was that "big hole" was not something abstract. The fact that the sentence was grammatically incorrect was a hint. It should have been either "a big hole" or "Big Hole". Regarding the connection, i don't know which other connection, which wouldn't be too far-fetched, can one draw between some monument in Norway, some mine in Africa and Tallinn, besides geographical. |

Second hint -> the way you put your eyes to read a stereogram. |

21K5547 - for all Comment to the level "Geography" France and The Netherlands are not neighbors.. if you think of Europe only. But actually they share a border elsewhere on the planet (St Maarten island). If you google "france netherlands border" you crack the level immediately. Hint 1 is that is probably not about Europe, but may be Carribean. Hint 2 is about the place -> the actions in the scene take place on St Maarten. Hint 3 -> the map of the island. The capital of the top French part is Marigot, of the lower Dutch part is Philipsburg. Put these into the link and get http://cdn.endata.cx/data/games/59541/Marigot_Philipsburg.jpg |

MHG3534 - for all Comment to the level "Colorful" The parts of the image in the task represent some average colors of the Estonian kroon banknotes. Missing color corresponds to banknote worth 25 kroons. On this banknote, you have A.H. Tammsaare depicted. Address -> A.H. Tammsaare tee 25. You must use Google Maps to find because actually this address does not exist in Tallinn. Only Google "knows" about it. Hint 1 -> name of next level is "Economical" which could have hinted that it has something to do with money. Hint 2 -> books of people depicted on Estonian kroon banknotes. |

Answers
RaMK3263 - for all RAMK3263 - for all Comment to the level "Economical" Task consists of an encoded real-time public transport schedule table for one particular stop. It is pretty hard (especially if no one from the team uses public transportation) to see, but the second "columnt" in the "table" contains a limited set of numbers which correspond to bus number which go along Pärnu mnt in Tallinn. The fact that this table is being constantly updated hints that this is something actual and real-time. The first "column" is the estimated bus arrival time encoded in (hours)*3600+(minutes)*60+(seconds), second is bus number and third is the first letter of its destination. By knowing the bus numbers you can find the set of suitable stops, by knowing the destination you should get the direction and by comparing the ordering of expected buses you should find select the right stop. Hint 1 -> if a car breaks down, you need to use public transport Full version of this table is here: https://transport.tallinn.ee/index.html#stop/07401-1 |
